Fluid Movements (FM) is a multi sport training group offering training sessions supported by individual programs or casual options, suitable to all levels of athlete. A variety of training programs, including triathlon, swimming, road cycling, running and muscle conditioning cater to multi and single sport enthusiasts alike.
